Erli Fantini wurde 1944 in Sabará im brasilianischen Bundesstaat Minas Gerais geboren.

Sie schloss 1971 ihr Studium an der Escola de Belas Artes der UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) in Belo Horizonte ab.

Unter der Aufsicht von Amilcar de Castro schuf sie Entwürfe für Skulpturen im Atelier Núcleo Artístico (Künstlerisches Kernatelier).

Erli Fantini forscht zu Keramik und Glasur. Sie ist auch bekannt für ihre langjährige Erfahrung in der Lehre von Keramik und der

Förderung junger Künstler. Seit 1976 betreibt Erli Fantini ihr eigenes Atelier. Ihre Werke werden in mehreren Gruppen- und

Einzelausstellungen präsentiert. Sie entwirft derzeit in Bronze und Stahl. 

 

 

Erli Fantini was born in 1944 in Sabará, State of Minas Gerais in Brazil.

She graduated in 1971 from the Escola de Belas Artes of UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais)

in Belo Horizonte. Under the supervision of Amilcar de Castro, she created drafts of sculptures in the

Atelier Núcleo Artístico (Artistic core atelier). Erli Fantini does research on ceramics and glazing.

She is also well known for her long experience in teaching ceramics and promoting young artists.

Since 1976, Erli Fantini runs her own atelier. Her works are presented in several collective and

individual exhibitions. She is now designing in bronze and steel.
